Folk landed through out the day, but ultimately 11 of us created over 20 wreathes, grave decorations and stars.
We make for ourselves,
we make to share.
Then in the evening, when everyone had gone,
we quietly picked through the remaining foliage
and made these...
Yes, a good day.
How was your weekend?
Creative?
Relaxing?
Quiet or full on?
Have a lovely Monday :) xxxxxx
You all made such lovely stuff. My weekend? Busy with my new stick. It is so much bigger than my other one that I'll not finish it until next weekend. But all good fun.
ReplyDeleteLovely!
ReplyDeleteAnd fun was had, while making!
I'm not crafty so none of that here. My husband does the creating, out in his garage work shop. He can make anything, out of wood. And repair anything, made of wood. At present he is working on the desk, for the next to youngest grand. He has made an individual desk, for each grand child... 5 so far. When this one is completed, he has one more.
Oh and he puts a secret space in them. And the grand has to find it. It is an old fashioned thing done, by woodworkers, in the past.

Love your wreaths. We were making them today too, I fear ours are little less professional looking than yours.......
ReplyDeleteYou made some beautiful decorations. I'll bet you had a lot of fun too!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful way to spend the day leading up to Christmas :)
