Just about bordering on odd, I see things through different eyes. The heading says it all - I live, I love, I craft, I am me...

Today

Today...

Breathing.
Walking.
Gardening.
Cooking.
Vacuuming.
Family.
Cats.
Dog.
Art.
Normality.

This is my second attempt at waffling today - my first version ended up something a bit too confrontational regarding the utter madness which is happening at the moment and although I have read worse, heard worse spoken, said out loud a lot worse - I felt it would be unwise to publish what I'd written as it wouldn't help any one - so, all I will share were my final couple of sentences ...

I am not denying the illness - far from it. It is real it just feels so 'UNREAL'. This 'thing' affects   E..V..E..R..Y..O..N..E.....

So, I am walking as lightly as possible on a tight line of disbelieve and incredulity as well denial and survival with a lot of head shaking.

And breathe.

  1. Well said my love. πŸ’•. I have already deleted the attempted blog I started a couple of hours ago, for much the same reasons.

This is WWIII, it began not with a bang but a whimper. It will change us all. As the sun is shining I am getting into the garden. NOW. πŸ˜‰

  2. I'm pleased for my stock of 48 "who gives a crap" toilet rolls too!
Stay well and keep posting and keep breathing

  6. Similar to what I accomplished yesterday, minus cats & dog. I also got all the linen washed & en-suite cleaned. Sounds mundane, but "doing" helps. I've composed so many posts in my head & just can't seem to put it out there, so think I'll just do cheery ones with a backlog of photos of our trip last year & bits'n'bobs from home & our local vicinity. My gratitude post ended up like that (though late), as I was having difficulty getting passed all the turmoil. Thanks Kate, take care & huggles.
